To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your Order ID, and our team will assist you with the refund or replacement process.
Important Notes:
- Reverse shipping charges apply for returns (excluding damaged or defective items).
- Due to the personal nature of our products, used, opened, or part-consumed items cannot be returned.
- Inspections take 7–10 business days from the day we receive the return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus applicable fees) or as a store credit.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven’t been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order will be treated as a return. Return shipping charges will apply.
