Shipping Terms
We offer FREE express shipping on all prepaid orders across India!
Need it faster? We’ve got you. For select PIN codes, we offer 24-hour and 3-hour delivery at an additional cost. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and gift wrapping services—perfect for special surprises.
For custom delivery preferences, hyper-discreet shipping, or any special requests, just reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Once your order is picked up by our delivery partner, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email. You can track your order anytime using your order ID, or contact us at support@bloommvibe.com
Shipping Timelines
We prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Typical timelines include:
- 24 business hours to process prepaid orders
- 1–3 business days for metro cities

3-hour and 24-hour delivery for select locations
Delivery timelines may vary based on your PIN code or external circumstances, but rest assured—we work with reliable courier partners to get your order to you fast and safely.
Shipping Policy

We pack your products with care and discretion. If your order arrives tampered or damaged, please email us clear photos of the packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery.

If you notice signs of tampering before opening, take a video of the unboxing and contact us immediately at support@bloommvibe.com

If you receive a delivery confirmation via SMS/email but haven't received the order, notify us within 24 hours for assistance.

We are not liable for shipping delays by courier services, but we’ll support you every step of the way.

Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same working day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once dispatched. If not accepted on delivery, return shipping charges will be deducted before processing your refund.
Return Policy
At BLOOMM VIBE, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priority. All our products undergo strict quality checks before shipping.
To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your Order ID, and our team will assist you with the refund or replacement process.
Important Notes:
- Reverse shipping charges apply for returns (excluding damaged or defective items).
- Due to the personal nature of our products, used, opened, or part-consumed items cannot be returned.
- Inspections take 7–10 business days from the day we receive the return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus applicable fees) or as a store credit.

For COD orders, refunds will require your bank details.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven’t been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order will be treated as a return. Return shipping charges will apply.
Warranty — 100 Days Coverage for Massagers
We offer a 100-day warranty on all BLOOMM VIBE massagers, starting from the purchase date.
To claim warranty:
- Visit our website and raise a return request.
- Upload a video clearly showing the issue and a photo of the charger used.

Upon verification, we’ll arrange a pickup and ship a replacement.
If you're in a location outside our courier’s service area, you may need to send the product to us. We’ll reimburse shipping costs up to ₹250.
Note: Replacements will only be issued for the same product. We do not offer exchanges for different items.
