1. Plain, Unbranded Packaging
Your order ships in a plain outer box or pouch with no Bloomm Vibe branding, no product names, and no images. From the outside, it looks like any ordinary parcel — because that's exactly what it should look like.
2. Neutral Sender Name
The shipping label shows a neutral sender name, not "Bloomm Vibe". The courier, your family, your flatmates, your neighbours — nobody can tell what's inside or where it's from.
3. No Product Details on the Invoice
Payment and courier records use generic descriptions. Your bank statement will not name the products you ordered.
4. Sealed and Tamper-Evident
Every package is fully sealed before dispatch. If a package arrives with a broken seal, refuse the delivery and contact us — we'll replace it.
5. Cash on Delivery, Still Private
Prefer COD? The delivery agent only sees the amount to collect — never the contents. Pay at the door like any other parcel.
Delivery Timeline
